About Scott A. Dennison
A small business marketing expert and self defined “serial entrepreneur”, Scott A. Dennison is as passionate about helping small business owners grow their companies as he is about growing personally and professionally as an individual. Certified as an inbound marketing professional, Scott and his team are focused on getting more customers into their client’s business from their online and offline marketing efforts.
Scott has consistently refused to allow circumstances to define his life. After dropping out of high school, Scott chose to learn from his mistakes, using his frustrations as fuel to power his momentum rather than as a hindrance to hold him back. A self-taught man, Scott continues to push himself to build business for himself, his team and his clients, with a visionary eye that has helped him create or join several companies that were ahead of their time.
Aside from founding his first business at age 12, Dennison has worked successfully in professional sales since the age of 23. A top sales performer for Colorado Prime, Scott also led the nation in sales for Gulf Industries, GS May and Antares. Not content to rest on his own laurels as a salesperson, Scott has also worked consistently to help train the marketplace, selling tens of thousands of tickets and closing up to 80% of attendees to his workshops during seminars. Through Florida Inbound Marketing, another company he founded, Dennison created programs specifically targeted to small businesses seeking to market on the Internet.
A deeply spiritual person who has found a personal connection with Jesus as his Savior and Lord, Dennison is proud of his affiliation with his Church who has helped him forge this powerful relationship in his life. Combining his passion for helping others with his faith, Dennison is an avid supporter of charity, including volunteering with his church whenever they need him for a technology project or their Christmas mall.
In addition to church activities, Dennison contributes his time and money to the Toys for Tots program. As an active member of the business education Committee with the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, Dennison is excited to help local business owners achieve their business growth goals.
Though it is hard to get him to stop talking about business and politics, Dennison occasionally does unwind for trips to the beach. His love of the water, and dislike of the traffic in his hometown of Clearwater drove him to the small town beach community of Treasure Island. At his home Scott enjoys cooking up a delicious assortment of seafood, steaks, and salads. Though he is a fan of baseball, football and hockey, when there’s a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on Dennison will cut back and take his mind off business for at least a couple of hours.
